Dock Leveler Safety Standards: EN 1398, OSHA and What Buyers Should Know

The practical lesson for buyers is simple:

A supplier saying that a dock leveler “meets European standards” does not answer whether it is suitable for a U.S. project.

Likewise, following OSHA workplace requirements does not automatically demonstrate conformity with EN 1398.

1. Insufficient Load Capacity
